Information for Grade 12 Students

Postsecondary applications open on Sunday, October 1.

Students should create Apply Alberta accounts in advance.

Apply Alberta

• Students can apply using Grade 11 marks (then enter your enrolled classes for Grade 12).
• Reduces the amount of duplicate information you need to enter when applying.
• Each institution has their own application fee.
• Select as many programs as it will allow, it's always good to have a variety or back up plan, especially for competitive programs.
• For out of Province institutions, BC has a similar site, others you will need to search directly.

My Pass 

• This site is how you access past marks and order transcripts.
• It also allows you to see your diploma marks.
• If you need help finding your ASN (Alberta Student Number). Please let the office know.

Open Houses

• Please search institutions directly to find out about their Open Houses. 
• Some require registration ahead of time. 
• For example, NAIT's open house is October 28, with registration here.
